More pro's about getting your own place: it's your own! Having things in your name is good for the ego and makes you feel like a full-fledged member of society. You'll be surrounded by people in your same situation - young, with small kids and looking for friendship (and babysitters!). The fact that the appliances are usually new and someone else maintains them is a big bonus too. Maybe snow removal isn't a big thing in TX, but having a working air conditioner sure is.
Spencer and I are starting to take our furnishings out of the Lake house. I'm sure your Papa would let you take anything you needed (there's 2 of almost everything). Kelly & Lynne have staked claim to the king sized bed in the laundry room, but we can't get hold of him to go get it. And although Spencer would bitch mightly (LOL) about taking it down to you, I could convince him to do it. It would involve sexual favors, but what's a wife to do?! Talk it over with Jarred and let us know what's doing.
